Belly Dance & Fitness Class

 We are so pleased to announce that Lucy is back!!  Come join her on Tuesday evenings @ 5:30 pm for the best belly dance class you'll ever take!  Plus, the program is designed as a fitness class, meaning you will get a real work out.  The best part is Lucy herself, she is a fantastic and very engaging instructor.  For all shapes, sizes, fitness levels, genders and more!

Zumba

She leads us on Thursday evenings @ 5:30 pm for the spiciest Zumba class ever!  It's so much fun, it's such a great workout, Bailey is such an amazing instructor that it should be illegal!
