Our beloved instructor, Terry Wagner, has tested positive for COVID-19. We are notifying anyone who may have participated in class or been in contact with her for the following dates:
Wednesday March 11th, Thursday March 12th or Friday March 13th.
The following is an excerpt from "What to do if you were potentially exposed to someone with confirmed coronavirus disease (COVID-19)"
What should I do if I was in close contact with someone with COVID-19 while they were ill but I am not sick?
You should monitor your health for fever, cough and shortness of breath during the 14 days after the last day you were in close contact with the sick person with COVID-19. You should not go to work or school, and should avoid public places for 14 days.

To all of Terry 's friends, please know that she has been in quarantine since she first realized she was unwell but that she is getting better by the day. Terry went to the hospital on March 14th in order to be tested and it took about a week for her to get the results. Although she now reports getting a bad case of cabin fever, she is recovering comfortably in her home and has had wonderful support from her many friends throughout the Port Townsend community.
From all of her biggest fans here at Port Townsend Athletic Club, we wish her a speedy recovery and can't wait until the time when all of us can be together again!
