Beginning Friday November 1st:
We will no longer have 6 a.m. Pump class (Fridays only) so that
we may bring you another evening Pump class!! The following is this brand new change in schedule, plus a couple other adjustments:
Friday 6:30 p.m. BodyPump w/ Maurice
Saturday 9:00 a.m. BodyPump w/
Team Nelson (Stacey & Neil)
Sunday 9:30 a.m. BodyPump w/
