GoJu-Ryu Karate

Got Go Ju?

An amazing class where you learn traditional Okinawan GoJu-Ryu Karate. The class focuses on basic blocking, striking & kicking techniques; as well as breathing exercises & kata, or prearranged forms. In this hour and a half long weekly class you will also learn self defense.  GoJu-Ryu Karate Class is led by the hugely talented & accomplished, not to mention delightful, Sensei Tracy "Keoki" Chinen, who is a 5th
Degree Black Belt.  Keoki helps karateka
(participants) find enhanced self-confidence & self-awareness, as well as self- control.  In the class you will also gain empowerment, determination & respect.
